The conference will raise awareness of operational forest biosecurity and provide lessons from other sectors.

Plantation Forestry is a “dirty” industry and relatively few precautions are currently taken to avoid the spread of pests both within and also between forests and even islands. Is this something that needs to change? What is the risk to the industry in carrying on the way we do?
